Winamp 5.11 - Audio- und Video-Player-Suite

Vor kurzem haben die Programmierer von Winamp die Version 5.11 zum kostenlosen Download bereitgestellt. Neben einigen Fehlerbehebungen wurden zudem neue Funktionen integriert, wie zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit den Browser für das Internet-Radio zu konfigurieren und Unterstützung für anwenderspezifische Profile.
Winamp unterstützt die unterschiedlichsten Audio- und Videoformate, unter anderem MP3, OGG, WAV, MOD, AVI, ASF, und MPEG. Zusätzlich lässt sich der A- & V-Player mit diversen frei verfügbaren Skins, Visualisierungen und Audio-Effekt-Plugins aufwerten. Eine Medienbibliothek, Internet-Radio/TV Unterstützung und ein CD-Ripper komplettieren die Software.
