NextSensor 2.6.0.0 Build 0606 R1 - CPU-Monitoring

Changelog:
- gives a user the capability to control a CPU fan speed through Winbond super I/O chips. The fan speed control method in NextSensor is called by Express-FAN and is based on Winbond’s SmartFAN III technique. The XP-FAN works in automatic mode and controls the CPU fan speed depending on CPU temperature. You can adjust all the parameters of the XP-FAN, such as target temperature, temperature tolerance, etc to keep a CPU fan in a quiet mode. Despite the Express-FAN is completely optimized to Winbond W83627EHF chip, it is compatible with W83627THF chip model too.
- as you remember, the main lack of previous version was inability to measure the fan speed in some case by using ITE chip. Now NextSensor 2.60 is capable of adjusting fan speed divisors in order to report the correct fan speed by using both ITE and Winbond I/O chips. This is achieved due to our absolutely new well-tested calculations.
