Microsoft PC Satisfaction Trial Betatest hat begonnen

Alle diejenigen, die sich für den Betatest "PC Satisfaction Trial" angemeldet haben, sollten heute eine Mail von Microsoft mit der Teilnahmebestätigung bekommen haben - oder auch nicht. PC Satisfaction heißt übersetzt so viel wie PC Zufriedenheit - Microsoft möchte also wissen, wie zufrieden Sie mit Ihrem PC und den installierten Anwendungen sind. Hier die Mail: The PC Satisfaction Trial team would like to thank you for joining the PC Satisfaction Trial technology test! This is a very early version of software that will eventually be used in a trial with "ordinary” users. Our records indicate that you are willing to install and use this service on a Windows XP computer in your home.

In order to run the Trial software, the computer must:

Be running Windows XP Professional or Home Edition

Have a CD-R or CD-RW drive

Be using the NTFS file system on ALL Partitions (our current product won’t work with FAT-32 volumes!)

Must have a broadband connection (cable, DSL, or T1/T3 connection)

Please go to www.pcsatisfactiontrial.com, where you can register for and download the PC Satisfaction Trial. In order to gain access to this server you will need to supply the .NET Passport ID that you gave in the survey. If you don’t have one, or if the one you try is not working, please send mail to us at pcsat@microsoft.com.
