Dieser einfache Workaround reicht nur für 32Bit-Apps! Damit auch 64Bit-Apps funktionieren, muss zusätzlich eine komplizierte Prozedur, die nur im Video selbst erläutert wird, beachtet werden.

@Netvampir: Was habe ich wohl um 00:44 Uhr geschrieben? Allerdings ist es tatsächlich besser, das neue Update KB5001567 direkt aus dem Update-Katalog herunterzuladen, weil sonst erst wieder KB5000802 installiert wird, sofern man das - wie ich - deinstalliert hatte.
