Microsoft stellt das neue Surface Pro vor

Microsoft hat auf einem Hardware-Event in Shanghai eine aktualisierte Version des Surface Pro 4 vorgestellt. Auf eine Nummer im Titel wird verzichtet, sodass das neue Gerät schlicht Surface Pro heißt.

Im Vergleich zum 2015 vorgestellten Surface Pro 4 kann die Neuauflage vor allem eine leistungsstärkere CPU der aktuellen Kaby-Lake-Generation (Intel Core M bzw. Intel Core-i5/i7) vorweisen. Außerdem ist es ein wenig leichter als sein Vorgänger.

Der Kickstand auf der Rückseite wurde verbessert und lässt sich nun um bis zu 165 Grad aufklappen, wodurch das neue Surface Pro nun noch flexibler aufgestellt werden kann. Der überarbeitete Surface Pen bietet 4096 Druckstufen und eine geringere Latenz bei der Eingabe. Vom neuen Lagesensor profitieren vor allem jene, die mit dem Stift auf dem Tablet zeichnen.
