Everest ist ein Tool zur Anzeige zahlreicher Informationen über die Hard- und Software eines Computers. Es unterstützt alle bekannten Hauptplatinen, Prozessoren und Grafikkarten und beinhaltet auch einige Benchmarks.

Neben vielen technischen Details, die beim Prozessor beispielsweise von der Cache-Größe bis hin zur Anzahl der Transistoren reichen, ist Everest außerdem imstande, Temperaturen einiger wichtiger Komponenten über die verbauten Sensoren zu ermitteln. Zusätzlich werden Lüfterdrehzahlen sowie Spannungswerte ermittelt.


Everest 5.02.1789 liegt derzeit nur als Beta-Version vor und unterstützt zahlreiche neue Grafikkarten, Prozessoren und Mainboards. Detaillierte Informationen zu allen Vorabversionen finden sich auf der Lavalys-Website.
