NextSensor 2.4.0.0 Build 0618 Beta1 - CPU-Monitoring

Changelog:
- features a new function called Thermal Alarm designed to prevent the processor from overheating. The Thermal Alarm consists of the two sub functions - automatic CPU Clock Throttling that can be activated for any processor and automatic FID/VID transition specific for the AMD64 processors only. The first sub function slows down processor’s clock frequency by forcing periodical Stop Grant cycle and the second one changes processor’s clock frequency and voltage to the selected values. There are two methods to select the FID/VID combination - automatic and manual. The first one is based on processor specific performance states and the second one enables to select a combination manually. Both sub functions may be activated simultaneously. When the CPU temperature has been reduced to its normal value NextSensor disables clock throttling and restores the clock frequency and voltage of the processor to the nominal.
- added the fourth sensor number for the TCPU field in order to report a temperature measuring with the on-die K8 thermal diode in the Tray Bar.
- now has an annoying advertisement banner, unfortunately. But we think it is much better to use a freeware with a banner than an unregistered trial product. Right? Besides, it will stimulate our further work on NextSensor developing.
